Cross Belt Analyzer

MAYA cross belt analyzer is an advanced process control and real-time optimization solution for the mining and mineral processing industry.
The elemental analyzer measures the chemical composition of bulk materials on a conveyor belt, detecting all elements, in real-time, without sampling. They are used in mining, ore beneficiation (sorting, flotation), raw mix composition stabilization, sintering, quality control in potash, phosphate, coal, refractories, iron, copper, nickel, aluminum, rare earth, cement and other industries.
The cross belt analyzer does not produce any radiation and is thus fully safe. It can operate 24/7 in automatic mode under heavy industrial conditions.

Technological Task:

Grade Sorting

Analytical Task:

MgO, SiO2, CaO, Fe2O3

Financial Benefits:

• Additional earnings from high-grade refractories due to extraction of additional high-quality ore
• Elimination of penalties for off-grade refractories due to rejection of poor-quality magnesite ore

Environmental Benefits:

• Decreased CO2 emission
• Reduced consumption of energy

Phosphate Production

Technological Task:

Prompt Process Control, Grade Sorting

Analytical Task:

P2O5, Bone Phosphate Lime (BPL), MgO, Fe2O3, Al2O3, Insoluble phase and Metal Impurity Ratio (MER)

Financial Benefits:

• Early removal of impurities
• Additional earnings from higher-grade product
• Reduced consumption of floatation additives and water

Environmental Benefits:

• Reduced consumption of water and reagents
• Minimization of heavy metals in the final product
