Commissioning
The commissioning service includes initial site assessment, setup of the installation and physical installation of equipment. Dynamic calibration on the location is being done to ensure the accuracy in real-time conditions with existing material streams. All necessary training and guidance are provided to the site personnel to ensure correct operation.
Product Support Agreement
Product support aims to ensure the client benefits from continuous online elemental analysis solution with no compromises on accuracy and long-lasting performance. It includes:
- Quality Management System
Remote quality management system is deployed to monitor the operational parameters and identify when additional points of calibrations are required to track material or production line changes. Timely adjustments can be done remotely, or full guidance is provided to the site personnel to ensure optimal operation. Trained engineer will be provided to the location if required to carry out comprehensive calibration or operational adjustments.
- Regular Maintenance Service
Regular preventative maintenance is done by our trained engineers on the location as per equipment exploitation requirements. Full inspection of the equipment is done during every visit to ensure continuous operations.
Analytical and Consultation Service
During the years of operations, we gain excessive knowledge of chemical analytics in mining and mineral processing industry. We offer our expertise in industrial elemental analysis, lab sample preparation and chemical analysis quality standards.
We help our clients to identify chemical analytical tasks which could lead to the process and product quality improvements.
