Lithium-Bearing Ores Real-time Processing Control

LIBS is the technology of choice for the processing of lithium-bearing ores, as it can measure the concentrations of both light and heavy elements. The concentration of Li, as well as impurities like Fe, Na, K, Ca, Si, Al can be monitored in real time. The continuous monitoring of the concentrations allows for spotting and fixing all the deviations while it’s not too late. The technology is applicable for dry solid, wet solid materials on the conveyors and for slurry streams. For cost-efficient analysis of multiple slurry streams, the analyzer can be equipped with any 3^rd party multiplexer instead of equipping separate streams with individual analyzers.
